Refund Policy
At LeveFit, we continuously invest in customer-friendly policies to ensure our customers' satisfaction. You have the right to exchange or refund an item within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met :

The item must be returned in its original packaging ;

The item must not show any signs of wear and must be in the same condition as when received;

The item must be returned with all tags, protective devices, instructions, and accessories .
IMPORTANT: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted .
How to request an exchange or refund
Send an email to 📧 kontakt@levefit.de with the following information:

Product name

Order number

Email address used when ordering

Reason for exchange or return

Picture or video proving any defects (if applicable)
Once your return is confirmed, we will inform you of the return address. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will refund the full amount of the product plus shipping costs .
Refund methods
1. Chargeback to credit card:
The credit may take up to two billing cycles to be processed , depending on the payment provider.
2. Bank transfer (SEPA / bank transfer):
The refund will be made within up to 10 working days after confirmation of the return.
Note: The transfer will be made exclusively to an account in the customer's name – no payments to third parties.
