Shipping policy

Your order will be processed and shipped within up to 5 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personalized tracking code.

With this code, you can track the current status of your delivery directly on our website. Simply go to the menu and click on the "Track Order" page.

The estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days from the shipping date . Shipping typically occurs within 3 business days after the tracking code is generated. During this time, your order will be inspected, carefully packaged, and prepared for shipping. The delivery period begins with the actual shipment of the package, not with the generation of the tracking code.

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment centers in China to destinations all over the world, including Germany. We work with reliable international logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

In rare cases, delays may occur due to strikes or unforeseeable logistical problems.
